Why do I need to pay a deposit?

A deposit secures your project on our schedule, allowing us to plan materials, labor, and time accordingly. Without a deposit, we cannot guarantee availability.

No, deposits are non-refundable as they reserve time and resources for your project. In certain cases, we may apply your deposit toward a future project at our discretion.

Can I transfer my deposit for a different project?

Deposits are tied to the specific project they were paid for. If you need to adjust your project scope, we are happy to discuss options, but transferring a deposit is not guaranteed.

What happens if I cancel my project?

If you cancel, your deposit remains non-refundable as we have already scheduled time and resources for your job. If cancellation occurs after work has started, additional fees may apply.

Do you offer financing or payment plans?

We do not currently offer in-house financing, but we are happy to discuss staggered payment options for larger projects.

What if I have concerns about the work?

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you have concerns, please notify us immediately so we can address them. We require written documentation of any issues before discussing potential resolutions.

When is my final payment due?

Final payment is due upon completion of work, unless otherwise specified in your contract. For larger projects, a payment schedule may be set, which will be outlined in your agreement.
